4. Delivery & Shipping
Orders placed before 1:00 PM on a business day will be shipped the same day, with an estimated delivery time of 3 business days.
Shipping Costs:
- Domestic shipping (Slovenia): €4.50
- International shipping: Costs calculated based on Pošta Slovenije’s international pricing.
4.1 International Orders & Shipping
International orders must be paid in advance via bank transfer. If an automatic purchase is made through the online store, the order will only be valid once the customer pays the difference in actual shipping costs.
5. Returns & Refunds
The buyer has 14 days from receiving the product to withdraw from the purchase. The withdrawal must be submitted in writing via email (lotuszenme@gmail.com).
5.1 Warranty & Complaints
If an issue is justified, the seller will replace or repair the item free of charge. The seller reserves the right to reject warranty claims if the product is not in its original packaging.
